Telesales Executive - Signage and Exhibition

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our advertising team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and promoting our advertising and signage services over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote advertising and signage services
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
• Explain products and services clearly to clients
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain client relationships
• Schedule meetings for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
• Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (advertising industry preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
• Basic knowledge of advertising, branding, or signage is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Fluency in English (Malayalam/Arabic/Hindi is a plus)
