Fleet Manager cum Sales

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Fleet Manager cum Sales Executive to join our chauffeur services team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily fleet operations, coordinating chauffeurs and vehicles, handling client requirements, and supporting the company's sales and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

Fleet Management

• Manage the daily operations and availability of the chauffeur fleet.
• Coordinate vehicle assignments, chauffeurs, pickups, drop-offs, and transfers.
• Monitor vehicle schedules to ensure smooth and timely operations.
• Ensure all vehicles are clean, maintained, fueled, and ready for service.
• Monitor vehicle servicing, insurance, registration, and maintenance schedules.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any issues or damages.
• Coordinate with drivers and maintenance teams regarding vehicle requirements.
• Handle last-minute changes, urgent bookings, and operational issues efficiently.

Sales & Customer Service

• Respond to client inquiries and provide quotations for chauffeur services.
• Follow up with potential and existing clients to secure bookings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and VIP clients.
• Promote the company's chauffeur services, packages, and fleet.
• Coordinate with hotels, travel agencies, event companies, and corporate clients to generate new business.
• Negotiate rates and service packages within company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, quotations, bookings, and sales activities.
• Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after each booking.

Chauffeur Coordination

• Assign chauffeurs according to bookings, vehicle type, location, and client requirements.
• Monitor chauffeur attendance, punctuality, appearance, and service quality.
• Ensure chauffeurs follow company policies and professional service standards.
• Provide chauffeurs with complete booking details and special client instructions.
• Handle client or chauffeur issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in fleet management, chauffeur services, limousine services, car rental, or a related industry.
• Previous sales and customer service experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai roads, locations, hotels, airports, and major business areas.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience dealing with VIP, corporate, and high-profile clients is highly preferred.
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and outside regular working hours when required.
