HVAC Sales Engineer

Location: Dubai
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Sales Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the HVAC/MEP sector.
• Promote and sell HVAC products, systems, maintenance, and related services.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
• Coordinate with the technical and project teams to ensure smooth execution of sales requirements.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and project opportunities until closure.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain regular market and competitor analysis.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in HVAC sales is mandatory.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and MEP applications.
• Proven experience in B2B sales and business development.
• Good knowledge of the UAE HVAC/MEP market and customer base.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop new clients and maintain strong business relationships.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Candidates with an existing UAE client network will be preferred.
