  • Support pre-event marketing activities including email campaigns, invitations, social-media announcements, landing pages, and promotional content.
  • Assist sales teams with lead-generation campaigns, prospect lists, meeting schedules, and event appointments.
  • Coordinate lead capture during exhibitions and ensure prospect information is accurately recorded and transferred to CRM systems.
  • Follow up on event leads with sales and business-development teams after exhibitions and conferences.
  • Prepare event briefs, attendee lists, schedules, presentations, briefing documents, and post-event reports.
  • Monitor event performance including attendance, leads generated, meetings, engagement, costs, and commercial opportunities.
  • Assist with market and competitor research to identify relevant B2B opportunities and industry trends.
  • Support the development of presentations, newsletters, case studies, company profiles, brochures, and other B2B marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with content, design, digital marketing, sales, and corporate communications teams.
  • Maintain accurate marketing databases, CRM records, campaign information, supplier details, and event documentation.
  • Assist with email marketing, LinkedIn campaigns, digital advertising, and other approved B2B marketing channels.
  • Track marketing expenses and assist with invoice processing and budget monitoring.
  • Collect feedback from attendees, prospects, customers, sales teams, and event partners to improve future activities.
  • Assist with post-event analysis and recommend improvements to event planning, lead generation, and marketing processes.
  • Maintain professional relationships with suppliers, event organizers, industry partners, customers, and prospects.
  • Follow brand guidelines, marketing approval procedures, privacy requirements, company policies, and event-management standards.

Requirements
