Sales and Marketing Representative- Telesales

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate new sales opportunities.
• Promote company properties, projects, services, and special offers.
• Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate information to potential clients.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Follow up regularly with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Schedule property viewings and appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer and lead information in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets.
• Qualify leads and transfer serious prospects to the relevant sales consultant.
• Negotiate and assist in converting prospects into clients.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to maximize lead conversion.
• Prepare daily and weekly activity and sales reports.
• Stay updated on current property listings, market trends, projects, prices, and promotions.
• Maintain professional communication and represent the company positively.

Candidate Requirements:

* Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, or Sales

* Good communication and negotiation skills

* Strong ability to follow up with clients and close sales

* Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office

* Must currently hold a own valid UAE Residence Visa

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
