Job Vacancy: Senior Medical Sales Representative (Dubai)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will promote our hearing aid solutions, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and help expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell hearing aids and related hearing healthcare products.
• Build and maintain relationships with ENT specialists, audiologists, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Follow up with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of medical sales experience (hearing aid or medical device experience is an advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license with own car is preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
