Job description
We are looking for a Speech and Language Pathologist / Speech Therapist to join our clinical team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessment and evidence-based speech and language therapy to patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and working collaboratively with families and other healthcare professionals to support positive clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, communication, and related difficulties.
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based therapy and intervention plans.
- Provide individual and/or group therapy sessions based on patients’ clinical needs.
- Monitor, document, and evaluate patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, assessment reports, and treatment documentation.
- Provide appropriate guidance and recommendations to parents, caregivers, and families.
- Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, occupational therapists, behavioral therapists, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
- Participate in case discussions and contribute to coordinated patient care.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with DHA requirements and clinical best practices.
- Stay updated on current evidence-based approaches, assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech and Language Therapy, or a related field .
- Valid DHA License/Eligibility as a Speech and Language Pathologist / Speech Therapist.
- Relevant clinical experience in speech and language assessment and therapy.
- Strong clinical documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-centered approach.
- Experience working with pediatric patients and/or neurodevelopmental conditions is an advantage.
