Senior Site Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect with a minimum of 15 years of consultant experience in the UAE to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering large-scale, complex high-rise residential developments , particularly multi-building projects with shared podiums , from design development through construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design development and detailed design for high-rise residential projects.
• Prepare and review construction documentation and technical drawings.
• Coordinate with Structural, MEP, BIM, and other multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, local authority requirements, and industry standards.
• Manage technical coordination with clients, developers, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Review architectural details, materials, specifications, and construction methodologies.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 15 years of architectural consultant experience in the UAE .
• Proven experience on large-scale, complex high-rise residential developments .
• Mandatory experience in multi-building residential projects with shared podiums .
• Strong expertise in design development, detailed design, and construction documentation.
• Sound knowledge of UAE/Dubai building codes, authority approval processes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows .
• Demonstrated direct project involvement and delivery experience.
