Interior Design Lead

We are currently partnering with a well-established design practice in Dubai that is looking to appoint an Interior Design Lead to join and lead their growing interiors team. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a strong creative and technical design professional with proven experience delivering high-end interior projects across the UAE market. The role requires someone who can lead design direction, manage teams, oversee project delivery, and drive design excellence from concept through to execution.

While the role is heavily focused on Interior Design, candidates must also be technically strong and highly proficient in Revit, with the ability to oversee BIM-led design coordination and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the interior design team across multiple projects
• Drive creative design direction and oversee concept development
• Ensure high-quality project delivery from concept to IFC stage
• Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, and clients
• Mentor and develop junior and mid-level designers
• Oversee technical documentation and Revit standards
• Present design concepts and solutions to clients and stakeholders
• Manage timelines, resources, and design deliverables

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Strong background in high-end interior design projects
• Proven experience in a senior leadership or Design Director/Head of Design capacity
• Advanced proficiency in Revit is essential
• Strong understanding of technical detailing and project coordination
• Experience working within the UAE/GCC market
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
