Architect

We are seeking a talented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in preparing technical and shop drawings for interior fit-out projects and be capable of coordinating with project teams to ensure accurate and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural, technical, and drawings for interior fit-out projects.
• Develop detailed construction and joinery drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, consultants, and site teams.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and UAE authority requirements.
• Revise drawings based on client, consultant, and site requirements.
• Conduct site visits for measurements and technical coordination when required.
• Assist with material submittals, technical documentation, and project coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• 3-5 years of UAE experience as a Architect, preferably in the interior fit-out industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Photoshop is an advantage.
• Strong experience in preparing shop drawings, detailed drawings, and construction documentation.
• Based in Dubai
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
