Facilities Site Advisor (FSA) – JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description Summary The Facility Site Advisor is a key member of the Cushman & Wakefield onsite account team for the client and has a dual reporting structure into a site leader and the programmatic Workplace Experience Manager. This individual shall provide a positive experience at the client’s offices, ensuring that employees feel well supported and productive. The Workplace/Facility Coordinator will provide tactical support related to workplace tools and processes to ensure the facility remains ready to receive employees each day. This individual will be the eyes and ears of the workplace, and the first line-of-response for all employee needs, partnering with cross functional teams to help take the employee experience to the next level in support of the client’s workplace priorities. The ideal candidate will be hospitality-focused, showcase a contagiously positive attitude and exceptional communication skills and can support facilities management and operations professionals in a faced-paced environment. We are looking for a collaborative, energetic self-starter who will thrive in situations where they can interact with and help people.

Responsibilities:

Greeting visitors and security, badging; meeting coordination.

Stocking of supplies and office supply ordering; maintaining office aesthetics

Mail - receiving, delivering, shipping out, etc.

Implementation of Workplace Programs and Operations (may include, but not limited to): handling internal service ticket system requests; general office repairs; furniture or internal office moves; coordinate and help facilitate safety programs; budget tracking and expenses - requisitions and purchase order processing & submission, invoice tracking, credit card expenses, departmental actuals, and accruals; monitoring space utilization and assigning work stations; new hire orientations; HR I9 processing, etc.

Helps facilitate, plan, and coordinate social events sponsored by Workday Life programs, i.e., Wellbeing, Giving and Doing, Belonging and Diversity, Benefits, and more.

Vendor relationship management is beneficial for the oversight of office-standard vendors such as coffee/snacks, office supplies, confidential shredding, first aid and plant maintenance, HVAC, and janitorial.

Will act as the liaison with property management on all building/site issues.

Serves as a liaison/support between Workplace and other departments, such as: Safety, Business Technology, Benefits, Workday Life/Employee Programs, People & Purpose, Legal & Compliance, Marketing, etc.

Schedule work orders via C&W’s CMMS to ensure timely completion

Skills:

Experience in a fast-paced, professional setting preferred

Some college preferred

Key competencies include verbal and written communication skills, detail oriented, time management, and ability and willingness to take on new tasks, learn new technologies, and adapt to organizational changes.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Minimum of 1 year of facilities, workplace operations and/or customer service/hospitality industry experience

Experience reconciling budgets for day-to-day workplace operations

High school diploma or GED

Experience with using Microsoft Office and various other types of office software

and PowerPoint

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Regularly required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions.

Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Must have ability to stoop, stand, climb, frequently lift a minimum of 25 lbs.

Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you

Ability to read and understand information presented orally and in writing
