HVAC Engineer

Job Summary:
Design, install, test, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for commercial, or industrial projects while ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design HVAC systems based on project requirements and load calculations.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
• Perform HVAC equipment selection and sizing (AHU, FCU, Chillers, Pumps, VRF, Ductwork).
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure work complies with local codes and project standards.
• Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and project teams.
• Prepare progress reports, BOQs, cost estimates, and technical submittals.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Promote energy-efficient solutions and maintain indoor air quality standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in HVAC design, installation and project execution.
• Knowledge of HVAC codes, standards, and engineering practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Experience with chilled water systems, AHUs, FCUs, FAHUs, VRF/VRV systems, and HVAC controls.
