Job description
This is not a maintenance role. This is a build-the-business role.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a high-performing Healthcare Sales Leader — ideally a qualified Architect or Interior Designer with hands-on hospital project experience — to drive specification and sales of fixed furniture, healthcare casework, IPS systems, and specialist interior solutions into hospitals and medical facilities across the Middle East.
You will:
- Own and grow the Company's portfolio across the Middle East
- Drive product specification with healthcare architects and consultants
- Develop strong contractor partnerships
- Convert live projects into secured orders
- Build a pipeline across major public and private hospital developments
This is a Sharjah-based role with regional travel.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Driving healthcare project identification across GCC markets
- Securing product specification at design stage
- Promoting nurse stations, clinical basin units, IPS systems, and bespoke healthcare furniture
- Working directly with hospital operators and procurement teams
- Building relationships with Tier 1 contractors and healthcare specialists
- Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation
- Achieving ambitious sales and growth targets
- Providing market intelligence to support strategic expansion
Who We Are Looking For
We want a proven performer — not someone learning the sector. You must have:
- A background as an Architect or Interior Designer, with direct experience working on hospital/healthcare projects
- 5–10 years' experience selling into healthcare projects in the Middle East
- Strong relationships with healthcare architects, consultants, and contractors
- Experience with hospital fixed furniture, medical casework, or specialist joinery
- A track record of closing large-value projects
- Deep understanding of healthcare standards, durability requirements, and infection control environments
- Commercial strength and confidence in high-level negotiations
Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Why Join Us
- Backed by established UK manufacturing expertise
- Unique combined portfolio: washrooms + healthcare fixed furniture
- Real autonomy to build a healthcare vertical
- Strong leadership support and long-term regional growth strategy
- Competitive salary + performance-based incentives
If you have successfully delivered hospital projects in the Middle East and are ready to build something substantial — we want to speak with you.
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
