Estimation Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Estimation Engineer to join our growing Interior Fit-Out team in Dubai.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out Estimation (mandatory).
• Experience in estimating commercial, retail, office, hospitality, restaurant, and residential fit-out projects.
• Ability to interpret architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.
• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, tender submissions, and value engineering proposals.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of UAE market rates, materials, and fit-out practices.
• Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project teams during the tender stage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field (Engineering degree preferred).
• PlanSwift software knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Presentable, well-organized, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.

• Must be currently available in the UAE.
• Must be able to join within 2 weeks.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
