MEP Coordinator

Location: Frankfurt, Germany

Key Responsibilitie

• sCoordinate the installation of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems across the project
• .Review drawings, specifications and BIM models to identify and resolve coordination issues
• .Ensure all MEP works are installed in accordance with project requirements and quality standards
• .Coordinate with CSA, design teams and subcontractors to maintain programme and resolve clashes
• .Lead coordination meetings and manage technical queries (RFIs)
• .Monitor progress, identify risks and support short-term planning activities
• .Carry out site inspections to ensure quality, safety and compliance
• .Support QA/QC inspections, commissioning, system walk-downs and project handover
• .Maintain accurate progress records and promote collaborative, efficient project delivery

Requiremen**

• tsPrevious experience as an MEP Coordinator, Building Services Coordinator or similar rol
• e.Experience delivering data centre, mission critical, pharmaceutical or other technically complex construction project
• s.Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building service
• s.Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate BIM model
• s.Degree, HNC/HND or recognised trade qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent
• ).Experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Procore or similar project management platforms is advantageou
• s.Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skill
