BPO Resume Sample & Call Center Template

A BPO resume is a metrics-driven, ATS-friendly resume for call center and customer-support roles. It leads with a short summary, your key skills (CRM tools, languages, shift availability), and work experience quantified with CSAT, AHT, FCR, and QA scores. Qarera's free BPO resume sample works for voice, chat, and technical-support accounts and parses cleanly through the ATS systems large providers like Teleperformance, Concentrix, and Sutherland use.

How to write a strong BPO resume

Lead with metrics, not duties

BPO is measured in numbers, so your resume should be too. Put CSAT, AHT, FCR, NPS, QA score, schedule adherence, and upsell/quota figures directly in your bullets. "Maintained 95% CSAT against an 88% target" beats "answered customer calls."

Name the account type and region

Recruiters match agents to accounts. State whether you handled US, UK, AU, or local accounts, and the line of business (telco, retail, banking, healthcare, ISP). It signals you can hit the ground running on a similar program.

List your tools explicitly

Spell out the CRM, ticketing, and telephony tools you have used — Salesforce, Zendesk, Zoho, Avaya, Five9, Genesys. These are exact-match ATS keywords and a fast credibility signal for the hiring team.

Confirm shift flexibility

Most BPO roles are night shift or rotating to cover overseas time zones. Stating "amenable to night shifts and rotating schedules" near the top removes a common disqualifier before it comes up.

Show English proficiency

For international voice accounts, communication is the core skill. Reference a proficiency level (e.g. Versant/CEFR C1) or quantify it — but the resume itself, written in clean error-free English, is the real proof.

Keep it ATS-clean and one to two pages

Single column, standard headings, no photo for international accounts, no tables-as-layout. BPO providers run high-volume ATS screening — a clean parse is what gets you to a recruiter.
