Job description

Start date: 01.09.2026

Duration: 12 - 24 months

Working hours:  20h/week, up to 37.5h/week during lecture-free period

Workplace: Office in Düsseldorf

  •  Evaluate, review, and maintain master data attributes for common sourcing projects

  •  Work with cross-functional teams (Sourcing, Global Own Brand Management, QA, Packaging, …) to gather and harmonize data requirements, ensuring timely delivery of master data changes

  • Investigate inconsistencies, missing data, or data quality issues and coordinate corrections with relevant stakeholders

  • Contribute to Own Brand Food/Non-Food/Wine Handbooks process optimization initiatives by identifying recurring data issues and proposing improvements

  • Serve as the primary contact for data-related questions and master data KPI result

  • You are an enrolled Student in Business Administration, Business Analytics/Intelligence, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science/IT, Mathematics/Statistics, Management, Logistics or similar

  • You are interested in processes of wholesale operations

  • You are a team player with high level of motivation and ability to work independently

  • You are interested in product knowledge and master data

  • You are fluent in written and spoken English

  • You have good skills of MS Office with focus on PPT and data analysis, advanced Excell knowledge (nice to have, but not a must)
