Duration: 12-24 months
Working hours: 20h/week, up to 37.5h/week during lecture-free period
As a Working Student in Supply Chain Management, you will contribute to a dynamic and international team environment, supporting both short- and long-term supply chain performance objectives. Your role will include active participation in optimizing supply chain processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate on supply chain optimization projects for internationally sourced products.

Support inventory management processes, including stock level monitoring, demand forecasting, and supplier coordination.

Assist in the implementation of supply chain strategies for phasing in/out products and managing supplier transitions.

Coordinate with Regional Distribution Centers (RDCs) and international business partners to ensure smooth operations.

Analyze and report on supply chain metrics, including stock snapshots, order trends, and efficiency improvements.

Identify opportunities to prevent shortages, reduce slow-moving or obsolete inventory, and improve stock availability in collaboration with stakeholders.

You are an enrolled student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, or related fields.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Open-mindedness, enthusiasm, flexibility, and a proactive mindset.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Proficient in English (corporate language).
