Job description

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, commercially minded Product Manager to help Movado Group deliver business capabilities supporting our wholesale business and sales teams.

In this role, you will work closely with internal business partners, IT, analytics, operations, and vendor teams to create alignment, support decision-making, and help deliver platform capabilities. You will translate organizational needs, process requirements, and business priorities into clear product plans, well-prioritized roadmaps, and successful platform-enabled solutions.

This role is well suited to someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, build alignment across internal and vendor stakeholders, and keep the end-user and business outcomes at the center of decisions.

About Movado B.V.

One of the world’s premier watchmakers, our client designs, sources and distributes multiple brands in the Watch and Jewelry segments worldwide.

What you’ll do

  • Support the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for the vendor platform and the business capabilities it enables.

  • Translate business goals, user needs, process requirements, and stakeholder input into clear product requirements, vendor briefs, timelines, and launch plans.

  • Maintain a prioritized backlog of platform enhancements, configuration needs, integrations, and issue-resolution priorities, balancing business value, user impact, technical feasibility, vendor constraints, and timelines.

  • Coordinate inputs, decisions, dependencies, and deliverables across internal teams and vendor counterparts to move platform enhancements and fixes from discovery through configuration, development, testing, launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.

  • Prepare clear product briefs, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, launch updates, and decision materials that help teams understand scope, trade-offs, risks, and next steps.

  • Contribute to product management best practices, stronger intake and prioritization routines, and more consistent ways of working across teams.

  • Stay curious about business processes, vendor platform functionality, retail trends, digital tools, and emerging technologies that may improve platform experience or ways of working.

  • Build trusted relationships across teams, regions, and vendor partners through clear communication, accountability, and inclusive collaboration.

About you

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; other European languages are a plus.

  • 3-5 years’ experience in product management, platform product management (Pepperi, Mirakl), business systems, digital product, operations technology, ERP integrations or a closely related role.

  • Experience managing a technology platform, including roadmap planning, user stories, testing, and release planning.

  • Experience partnering with technology, systems, or vendor teams to deliver enhancements, resolve issues, and support rollouts.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage priorities, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders.

  • Comfortable using data, reporting, user feedback, and business metrics to inform recommendations and measure outcomes.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to move work forward in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborative working style and skilled in building relationships across teams and regions.

What we offer

  • 8% holiday allowance on top of your base salary.

  • 5% pension contribution (shared employer/employee).

  • Hybrid working (3 days in office).

  • 25 vacation days plus public holidays.

  • Employee discount.

  • Long term Service Awards.
