Job Description

We’re looking for a Pallet Repair Operative to join CHEP – the global leader in pallet, crate, and container pooling. You’ll inspect and repair pallets in a fast-paced, target-driven production environment, utilising hand tools and collaborating with automation and new technologies.

What you’ll do

Inspect and repair pallets using hand tools

Apply safe working practices and meet safety standards

Maintain quality and production targets

Perform manual handling and housekeeping tasks

Support automation processes and adapt to new technologies

Uphold professional conduct and timekeeping standards

What we need from you

Experience in a production or repair environment preferred

Comfortable with manual handling and physical tasks

Safety-conscious and reliable

Able to work to quality standards in a fast-paced setting

Willingness to learn and work with automation

Experience in using power tools and hand tools would be beneficial
