Project Manager (FM)

Purpose

• Lead and manage Facilities Management (FM) projects, including feasibility studies, A&A works, upgrading, maintenance, and site supervision, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with client and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage FM projects from planning to completion.

• Oversee contractors, consultants, and vendors.

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and quality.

• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with WSH, statutory regulations, and contractual requirements.

• Prepare project reports, budgets, and project documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree with 3 years' relevant post-graduate experience; or

• Diploma with 5 years' relevant experience in Project Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, or equivalent.

• Experience in FM projects, A&A works, building maintenance, or asset replacement programmes is preferred.
