Civil Site Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations and coordinate construction activities
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project plans
• Manage subcontractors, labor, and materials on-site
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
• Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction/site engineering
• UAE experiences preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering software is an advantage
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Should have UAE Driving license
• Arabic nationals only

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
