We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor (MEP / Electromechanical) to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Quantity Surveyor (MEP / Electromechanical)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and project specifications.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparative analyses.
• Prepare interim payment applications and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs and provide cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assess variations, claims, and contractual entitlements.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and finance teams.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and project specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in MEP/Electromechanical contracting.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and cost control.
• Experience with FIDIC contracts and variation management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and quantity surveying software.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• UAE Driving License is an advantage.
