Job description
From Vision to Reality. Lead Every Detail.
We’re looking for a Head of Design & Projects who can see the bigger picture without losing sight of the details — someone who understands architecture, leads projects with confidence, and knows how to take a development from concept through execution.
This is a role for someone who can connect design, documentation, contracts, consultants, and project delivery — ensuring every element moves in the same direction.
What You’ll Lead
✓ Lead architectural design and project management across development projects
✓ Oversee projects from concept and design development through execution and handover
✓ Review architectural drawings, technical documents, specifications, and design packages
✓ Manage and coordinate architects, engineering consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders
✓ Ensure design quality, functionality, and alignment with project vision and business objectives
✓ Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and key risks
✓ Oversee design-related contracts, consultant scopes, variations, and documentation
✓ Lead design reviews and ensure timely resolution of technical and coordination issues
✓ Support tendering, consultant selection, and contractor evaluation from a technical perspective
✓ Maintain clear project documentation, reporting, approvals, and decision records
✓ Work closely with leadership to ensure projects balance design excellence, commercial viability, and successful delivery
Who You Are
✓ 8+ years of experience in architecture, real estate development, or project management
✓ Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
✓ Strong architectural background with solid project management experience
✓ Experienced in managing multidisciplinary consultants and complex project stakeholders
✓ Strong understanding of architectural documentation, design processes, contracts, and project delivery
✓ Able to move confidently between creative design discussions and commercial project decisions
✓ Strategic, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership
✓ Strong communication and leadership skills in Arabic and English
