About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to manage water projects for the National Water Company (NWC). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, milestone tracking, progress monitoring, reporting, and coordination with project stakeholders. The role requires strong project management experience, expertise in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, and a proven track record in similar water projects

Responsibilities

• Manage water projects throughout the full project lifecycle from initiation to project closeout.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and overall project progress.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.
• Monitor project performance and recommend corrective actions when required.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Follow up on project execution activities and ensure alignment with approved schedules and project objectives.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Support project planning, resource allocation, and project control activities.
• Identify project risks and delays and support mitigation plans.
• Ensure project documentation and reporting requirements are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor contractor performance and follow up on project deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in managing similar water projects.
• Proven experience working on projects with the National Water Company (NWC).
• Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, milestone management, progress monitoring, and reporting.
• Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Experience managing contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
