Enabler for smaller, more powerful, and more energy-efficient microchips

Around 80 percent of all microchips worldwide are produced using ZEISS technologies. As the centerpiece of every electronically controlled system, they have become an integral part of our everyday lives – whether in smartphones, smart homes or smart factories. ZEISS is a technology leader in the field of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. With high-precision lithography optics, photomask systems and process control solutions, ZEISS enables the production of ever smaller, increasingly powerful, and more energy-efficient microchips, and thus plays a pivotal role in the age of micro- and nanoelectronics.  

 

Your Role

Measurements: Independently perform and document a measurement system analysis for an adjustment process in a cleanroom environment

Analysis: Support the evaluation of the measurement system analysis results and Prepare the collected data and carry out initial data analyses

Software Development: Process and structure experimental data and Optimize analysis algorithms in Matlab

Your Profile

You are enrolled in a degree program in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field of study

Solid knowledge of mechatronics and signal processing, as well as practical experience with experimental setups and/or test rigs

You work in a structured, solution-oriented way and communicate clearly and purposefully

You are a strong team player, work with great attention to detail, and show a high level of proactiveness

Good programming skills in MATLAB

Very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written
