Sr. HSE Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementing and maintaining health, safety, and environmental systems on construction sites, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, project requirements, and company HSE standards across building and villa development projects. 

• Develop and implement groupwide HSE policies, procedures, and management systems. 

• Oversee HSE performance across multiple projects and sites. 

• Provide strategic HSE leadership and guidance to project HSE teams. 

• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, Abu Dhabi Municipality requirements, and client standards. 

• Lead incident investigations, audits, and management reviews. 

• Monitor HSE KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives. 

• Liaise with regulatory authorities, consultants, and clients on HSE matters.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or HSErelated discipline. 

• 20–25 years of relevant experience in senior HSE leadership roles. 

• Strong experience in buildings and villa compounds.
