Known for precision-based training, refined aesthetics, and a strong community, Bodytree delivers a high-quality client experience across every digital and in-studio touchpoint. We are now opening our second Abu Dhabi location at Galleria Mall — the blueprint for our regional expansion — and building the founding team to scale with us.

About The Role We are looking for warm, energetic, and commercially confident Front of House Hosts to open our new Galleria studio. You are the person clients meet before their first class and speak to on their way out, and you set the tone for the entire experience.

This is not a reception desk role. You will own the client welcome, convert trial visits into memberships, keep the studio to a premium standard at all times, and handle client communication across phone, WhatsApp, and email. You will work closely with instructors and report to the Studio Manager.

As a founding team member of a brand-new studio, you will help shape how it runs — and grow with us as we open further locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome & Guest Experience: Greet every client by name where possible, manage check-in, orient first-timers to the studio and equipment, and create a calm, confident, premium arrival and departure experience.
• Sales & Conversion: Convert enquiries, walk-ins, and intro offers into memberships and packages. Own individual conversion and sales targets, upsell retail and wellness bar items, and follow up on leads rather than waiting for them to return.
• Studio Presentation & Standards: Take full ownership of how the studio looks, smells, and feels — reformers reset and wiped, towels and amenities stocked, changing rooms and reception spotless between every class. Report maintenance issues before clients notice them.
• Client Communication: Manage inbound enquiries across phone, WhatsApp, email, and social DMs with fast, accurate, on-brand responses. Handle bookings, waitlists, cancellations, and membership admin in our booking system.
• Wellness Bar: Prepare and serve our coffee and smoothie offering to a consistently high standard, maintain hygiene, presentation, and stock levels, and create a welcoming social space that enhances the overall client experience. Previous barista experience is an advantage, but we are happy to train the right person.
• Class Flow & Team Support: Keep classes starting and finishing on time, manage late arrivals discreetly, support instructors, and handle the small operational issues of a busy studio without being asked.

What We Are Looking For

• Hospitality instinct: Genuinely warm and welcoming with people, with 1+ years in hospitality, retail, fitness, or wellness front of house. You read a room and make people feel looked after.
• Commercial confidence: Comfortable selling and being measured on it. You can recommend a membership naturally, without pressure, and you want to hit your targets rather than tolerate them.
• Reliability: Punctual, consistent, and someone the team can count on. Early mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts are part of studio life.
• Ownership: You treat the studio as yours. You notice the detail others miss and fix it without being told.
• Energy: Positive, calm under pressure, and able to bring the same presence to a 6:30am class as a 7:00pm one.
• Communication: Excellent spoken and written English. Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Systems: Confident with booking and CRM platforms (MarianaTek, Mindbody, or similar) and quick to learn new tools.
• Barista experience: A significant plus — coffee and smoothie preparation for our wellness bar.
