YOUR TASKS 

Smooth organization of service shifts for the breakfast, lunch, dinner & bar sections 

Hire, train and coach team members 

Controlling of  breakfast list and payment checks 

Ensure continuously stocked buffet during opening hours 

Preparations for next shift and day / Mise en Place  

Seek for increasing the revenue in all subdepartments (breakfast, lunch, dinner & bar) - in good collaboration with the A(HM; 

Assist in covering shifts when necessary and being flexible to change your schedule 

Following training to keep up to date with latest developments 

Product range development 

Perform monthly inventory stock control independently 

YOUR PROFILE 

You have 1 to 3 years experience in the tourism / F&B / hospitality industry 

You speak English fluently, local language skills are an advantage 

You have excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team 

You have a high service orientation 

Your way of working is efficient and structured 

You are independent and flexible
