Your role at a glance The independent and responsible completion of inspection, maintenance, commissioning and servicing work on high-availability technical building installations. This includes High/Low voltage systems, emergency power systems, UPS systems, refrigeration, air conditioning and climate control systems. These systems are managed according to the employee’s specific qualifications. This position requires continuous availability through electronic communication methods to manage operations on a 7x24 basis
What we are looking for Responsibilities:
- Installation and supervision of electrical and mechanical installations as well as execution and
supervision of maintenance activities

Handling all incoming customer requests
-
Assisting in handling all the day-to-day operational and technical tasks in order to adhere to
agreed SLAs with clients and to maximize client satisfaction
- Resolving customer queries, or escalating customer service requests to effectively resolve the
query
- Supervision of contractors who prepare and execute facility projects that include replacement,
upgrade and improvement of data center infrastructure systems

Preparation and support of customer implementation projects

Maintain detailed written records of all work activities

Creating and developing Operational Procedures (SOP/MOP/EOP)

Maintaining the asset management system

Knowledge of fire procedures and being part of the first aid and emergency response team
Technical and Personal Requirements:
- MBO Degree in a technical related study and strong technical skills (Preferably an electrical
and/or mechanical background)

Previous data center / critical facilities experience (Preferred)

Comprehensive knowledge of critical infrastructure i.e. diesel generators, UPS and cooling
systems

Extensive computer knowledge
-
Knowledge of network systems (remote hands and other services)

Good in (technical) English, both in speech and writing and fluent in Dutch

Independent, reliable and efficient approach to work

Good team player, highly motivated

Flexibility towards working hours, willing to work in a 24/7 shift pattern

Driving license valid for use in NL
