Every major hotel opening and urban regeneration project starts with a sharp mind behind the numbers. As our Investment Analyst in Amsterdam, you will provide the financial analysis and market insights that shape where TSH expands next across Europe. Sitting at the center of our Investment team and reporting directly to senior leadership, you will evaluate potential acquisitions, build detailed financial models, and help guide deals from first pitch to final close. We combine an ambitious, entrepreneurial environment with the backing of top institutional investors, giving you a direct seat at the table on high-impact real estate projects. What You'll Do
- Build and update financial models (acquisition, development and operations) to evaluate cash flow, IRR, and return risks for real estate acquisitions across Europe to support underwriting and IC decisions.
- Track real estate and hospitality market trends to uncover key supply, pricing, and yield insights.
- Coordinate due diligence on active transactions by aligning input from legal, tax, commercial, and technical teams.
- Draft clear investment memos and presentation decks for the investment committee and senior leadership.
- Support deal execution from initial screening through structuring, negotiations, and closing.
- Assist with asset management, property valuations, and investor material preparation for equity syndication.
- Collaborate across development, finance, and operations teams, and manage external stakeholders (brokers, consultants and capital partners).
What You'll Have
- You bring 2 to 3 years of experience in real estate investment, private equity, investment banking, or transaction advisory.
- You have a bachelor's degree from a top tier business school in finance, engineering, real estate, economics, or business, with outstanding academic qualifications
- Master's degree or CFA/RICS progress is considered a strong plus.
- You bring advanced financial modelling skills in Excel alongside a firm grip on real estate metrics and deal structures.
- You have strong commercial instincts and know how to extract core insights from complex market data.
- You bring clear, confident communication skills and can explain complex financial analysis to senior management.
- Experience in Real Estate acquisition and development projects and/or experience with hotel asset-light models are a strong plus
- You have ability to work under tight deadlines and changing situations.
- You have the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and capacity to interact directly with senior management.
- You have exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple deal deadlines across different projects in an international setting.
- You bring fluency in English, with knowledge of additional European languages being a welcome bonus.
- Willing to be based in Amsterdam, ability to travel and eligible to work in EU.
