Vice President Human Resources EMEA

Job Summary

The VP HR EMEA serves as the senior Human Resources executive for the EMEA region, partnering with business leaders to drive people strategy, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, and HR transformation.

In this full-time Vice President Human Resources EMEA job, you will report directly to our Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources. The position may be based at any Ingram Micro office across Continental Europe. In line with our hybrid work model, regular office presence is required, with a minimum of three days per week spent on-site.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute people and human capital strategies aligned with business objectives.

Lead organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.

Drive digital HR transformation, people analytics, and operational excellence.

Build a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive workforce.

Partner with executive leadership across a global matrix organization.

Ensure compliance across multiple EMEA jurisdictions.

Preferred Experience

10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.

Experience leading HR within multinational technology or publicly traded organizations.

Expertise in change management, organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, and executive stakeholder management.

Bachelor’s degree required; Master's degree preferred.
