Who We Are

The NL T&M engineering team is responsible for delivering development work strictly defined by a unique Statement of Work (SoW) for each customer 

The Role

We are looking for a Sr. Business Analyst, as part of the Professional Services team, who will be responsible for delivering Insurance Premium Calculation Software products.

This role reports directly into T&M NL manager.

What You’ll Do

•Analyse requirements for development and change requests from insurance companies for Premium Calculation Engines (PCEs) and related insurance premium calculation software solutions, including the VPI (Volmacht Producten Interface) platform.

•Collaborate with customers to analyse, validate and document insurance pricing and acceptance frameworks and propose efficient, effective software implementations. Ensure alignment with customer strategy and internal system capabilities.

•Design and utilise software test-sets to meticulously validate accurate software development.

•Implement ANVA, CSS and DIAS insurance product configurations and compilate XSD documents, User manuals and other assets.

•Collaborate with Developers to ensure successful project delivery. Support multiple projects in parallel, demonstrating strong organizational skill, priority analysis, strong problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement.

 

What You’ll Bring

•Key Competencies​

•Experience in Business Analysis: 2–4 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, preferably within the insurance industry, with exposure to product development

•Understanding of the Dutch Insurance Domain: Solid grasp of insurance operations, including underwriting, policy administration, and pricing logic. Familiarity with distribution models and MGA (Managing General Agent) structures is a strong asset.

•Knowledge of industry standards as AFD, XSD and SUIV. Preferably knowledge of VPI applications.

•Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into clear, structured requirements. Capable of analysing complex scenarios

•Effective Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

•Problem-Solving and Initiative: Proactive mindset with a focus on identifying solutions and improvements.

•Tools and Skills​

•Required: Extensive ANVA, CSS and DIAS product configuration experience. Medium to high level of experience with MS Excel.

•Beneficial: JIRA and Salesforce, XML tools.

•Postman/SoapUi (or other Soap-clients).
