Job description
Minimum Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, HR Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Oracle Cloud, Oracle Analytics, or Oracle HCM certifications are an advantage.
Minimum Experience - Proven experience developing dashboards and analytics solutions using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, with strong experience in Oracle Analytics Cloud , OTBI, or similar Oracle analytics tools. Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM data, semantic models, dashboard design, SQL, data reconciliation, validation, and stakeholder requirements gathering is required. Experience in a large, regulated, financial-services, or enterprise environment is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, Oracle Analytics Cloud or Oracle Analytics Server, OTBI, Oracle Fusion HCM data, semantic modelling, logical facts and dimensions, measures, hierarchies, calculations, joins, SQL, data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
