Our Account Management team is at the heart of Wolt's restaurant business. We build trusted, long-term partnerships with our existing restaurant partners and help them succeed on the platform as Wolt continues to grow in Germany.

We are looking for an insight-led and customer-oriented Account Management Specialist based in Cologne. You will own a portfolio of restaurant partners across West Germany, combine strategic account planning with hands-on relationship management, and turn performance insights into commercial and operational improvements. What you'll be doing

You will be the main contact for your restaurant partners after onboarding and ensure that their experience with Wolt is seamless. You will use data, commercial judgement and strong cross-functional collaboration to help your portfolio grow sustainably.

Day-to-day in this role you'll:

  • Own a portfolio of restaurant partners and build trusted relationships through regular, proactive communication.

  • Develop account plans and run business reviews with priority partners.

  • Analyse portfolio performance, operational quality and partner satisfaction to identify clear improvement actions.

  • Provide insight-led after-sales support that improves partner performance, revenue and long-term retention.

  • Promote relevant services and coordinate partner campaigns together with Marketing.

  • Act as the key link between restaurant partners and internal teams while sharing local market and competitor insights.

Our humble expectations

  • 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing commercial role such as Account Management, Sales, Customer Success or Marketing.

  • Strong commercial acumen and a consultative, strategic approach to prioritising and growing accounts.

  • Data-driven decision making, including experience with analytical dashboards such as Looker or Power BI and advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.

  • A sales-oriented mindset, strong relationship-building skills, fluent German and excellent written and spoken English.

  • High ownership, structured problem solving and effective time management, with willingness to travel regularly across West Germany.

  • Confident use of approved AI tools for meeting preparation, portfolio analysis, account planning and partner communication.

  • Responsible use of these tools, with sound judgement around data privacy, verification and human review.
