This position reports to: Support Services Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct practical and theoretical training in:

 

Electrical engineering

Electronics

Power engineering and control technology

 

  • Impart knowledge and skills according to the training regulations and internal training plan

  • Carry out performance assessments of apprentices

  • Support apprentices in exam preparation and in internal and external projects

  • Promote the development of technical, methodological, and social competencies

  • Collaborate with partner companies, vocational schools, and chambers of industry and commerce

  • Develop and implement new teaching and learning concepts related to digitization

 

Qualifications

  • Completed training as an electronics technician

  • Ideally: further qualification as a state-certified technician or master craftsman

  • Several years of experience in vocational education (e.g. as a vocational trainer (m/f/d) in electrical engineering, training supervisor (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d), master electrician (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d), electrical engineering technician (m/f/d), PLC technician (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification)

  • Knowledge in control technology using VPS and SPS

  • Experience in commissioning and troubleshooting in building installation and power systems

  • Strong computer skills

  • Fluent German (written and spoken); English skills desirable

  • Independent and self-reliant working style, with a willingness to learn

  • Team player with empathy
