Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic Customer Service representative (level I). The right person enjoys a fast-paced environment, is a proactive problem solver, and strives to be an integral part of the team and the success of the company. The duties are a wide variety of administrative work and taking calls.  

Take inbound and outbound calls

Process the incoming orders before 3PM (Incl. web orders)

Create invoices

Participate in CSR-teams meetings

Ensure excellent service

Escalate issues/complaints to the correct person/department if they cannot resolve it themselves

Provide technical (product) support

Keep the product & DAP knowledge updated by participating webinars/training

Stay sharp on any leads or possible up-sell + cross sell possibilities

Assign leads to the territory manager

Proactive in finding improvements

Translation of message templates (if in possession of any extra language skill)

Achieve set KPI’s

Process any other requests incoming via Teams or Email

Supporting referral program(s)

Basic Qualifications

Associate degree equivalent required

1> year experience in a Customer Service department; or something similar

Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing

Results-driven with the ability to make sound decisions and exercise good judgment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; experience with customer service or ticketing systems preferred

Excellent organization, communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to report to work in a timely manner in accordance with the assigned work schedule

Make appropriate judgments, keeping customer service and time sensitivity a priority

Speaking English and Dutch is a requirement

Professional appearance and attitude.

Compensation

32.500 - 37.500 Euro Annual

This position is eligible for a quarterly bonus, based on KPI's.
