Module Assembly Operator (2-Shift)
Location: Tilburg, The Netherlands
Working Hours: Full-time | 2-Shift Schedule
Salary: Up to €3,650 gross per month (depending on experience), excluding 13.3% shift allowance.
About the Role
As a Module Assembly Operator, you will work in a state-of-the-art cleanroom environment, assembling and orbital TIG welding complex three-dimensional modules for the high-tech industry. Precision, craftsmanship, and quality are at the heart of everything you do.
You will be responsible for assembling, testing, measuring, and inspecting high-precision modules in accordance with strict quality standards and technical specifications. This is a hands-on technical role where attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and execute work orders according to production planning.
- Read and work from technical drawings.
- Assemble and orbital TIG weld complex modules.
- Perform testing, measurements, inspections, and quality checks.
- Set up, adjust, and perform first-line maintenance on production equipment.
- Carry out repair work and build prototype modules.
- Register production activities digitally.
- Support and guide colleagues where required.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
Your Profile
- MBO Level 3 or higher qualification in a technical discipline (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar).
- Experience reading technical drawings.
- Experience in metalworking or precision assembly.
- Strong spatial (3D) insight.
- Good command of the English language.
- Quality-driven, analytical, and proactive.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
