Job description

Everbridge, a fast-growing global leader in SaaS-based critical communications and enterprise safety solutions, is seeking a motivated, Senior Account Executive to join our team, focusing on the UAE region. This is a home-based/remote position that can be based anywhere in Dubai.   As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Everbridge’s Critical Event Management (CEM) platform within the UAE market. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure new business opportunities by targeting key industries and decision-makers in the region. This full-cycle sales role encompasses prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing deals with net new customers, all while leveraging your understanding of the UAE business landscape.   If you excel at building relationships with stakeholders, closing complex deals, and delivering impactful solutions tailored to the needs of UAE-based organizations, this role provides an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and growing market.

What you'll do:

  • Develop a strong understanding of target buyers, domain knowledge, products and competitors.

  • Prospect and identify new opportunities to build and maintain a healthy pipeline.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and sell to multiple buyers within an organization.

  • Implement a consultative, solution selling, methodology.

  • Work with Marketing, Business Development and Sales Team to execute campaigns to top buyers.

  • Exceed assigned sales objectives and quarterly bookings quotas.

  • Accurately manage and forecast your business using SF.com. What you'll bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience with SaaS or hosted software to commercial accounts.

  • Experience selling into larger commercial accounts.

  • Experience selling: Major incident management, Cyber Security Operations, Infrastructure Operations, DevOps or Customer Support Operations

  • Background or training in a consultative/Solution Sales process

  • Solid blueprinting, consulting, and solution mapping skills

  • Proven, measurable, and successful experience as a "hunter"

  • Must have a verifiable history of meeting or exceeding quotas

  • Experience using Salesforce a plus

  • Experience with MEDDIC, Sandler Selling, SPIN Selling, or Solution Selling a plus. #LI-HG1
