Warehouse Coordinator

This role is key to the continued success of the Supply Chain department, providing support to Operations delivering goods in and out at the site. You will take ownership of our day-to-day warehouse operations from the moment goods arrive to the moment they're dispatched, drive force behind a safe, efficient, and high-performing warehouse team, with real influence over how we work and real opportunities to grow your career with Rotork.

Reporting to the Operation Team Leader you will be working as part of small team responsible for the correct movement of parts in the warehouse. Role for someone who leads from the front: coaching your team, solving problems on the shop floor, and using data and learning to continuously raise the bar. In this role you will be responsible for receiving and booking in goods delivered to the facility, carrying out inspection of Goods received, checking for damage, quantity and quality discrepancies and maintaining accurate inventory records, transferring Goods in and out of stock locations.

This role would suit a proactive "can do" attitude whilst maintaining productive work relationships with co-workers, management and suppliers. Coordinate daily warehouse activity; receiving, storage and dispatch to hit every productivity target. Drive accuracy and efficiency across warehouse processes, ensuring "plan for every part" is embedded and sustained.

Experience Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree (Engineering or related) from a recognized university.

• Solid and accurate data entry skills using ERP systems

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

• Solid experience in warehousing, inventory control methods, and procedures.

• A track record of delivering Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery goals in a warehouse setting.

• Experience leading or managing a team.

• Experience in an automotive or FMCG warehouse environment.

• Familiarity with warehouse management system (WMS) platforms.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Fluent English
