Job description

We are looking for experienced Catalyst Supervisors with strong Gulf and Saudi Arabia Oil & Gas exposure. The candidate must have hands-on experience in catalyst change-out, loading, and unloading activities during plant turnarounds and shutdowns.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise catalyst change-out, loading, and unloading operations

Lead catalyst technicians and drive project progress on site

Ensure strict compliance with Safety First standards

Work in hazardous environments with proper safety procedures

Operate and supervise work using Breathing Air equipment

Support plant Turnaround and Shutdown activities

Prepare method statements and site documentation

Coordinate with QA/QC and safety teams

Requirements: Experience Requirements

Minimum 5 years Gulf + Saudi experience in Oil & Gas field

Experience in Petrochemical projects (India experience preferred)

Proven experience as Catalyst Supervisor in reputed contracting companies

Hands-on experience in catalyst handling operations

Strong knowledge of plant Turnaround and Shutdown activities

Educational & Skill Requirements

Degree in any Engineering discipline (Preferred from reputed college)

Working knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel

Fluent in English (Speaking, Reading & Writing)

Strong email communication and documentation skills

Salary & Benefits

Salary: SAR 5,000 – 7,000 per month
