Project Control Manager

We are seeking a senior Project Control Manager to lead planning, scheduling, cost control, and performance management for a major luxury residential development at Al Jurf (Area Office). This role is central to ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery through accurate schedules, disciplined cost control, and clear visibility of project risks and progress. You will coordinate closely with planning, procurement, commercial, engineering, finance, and site teams to maintain strong control systems and support strategic decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all project control functions including planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, and performance tracking.

• Develop and maintain baseline schedules and manage schedule updates (Primavera P6).

• Monitor project costs, commitments, and cost‑to‑complete forecasts.

• Provide integrated reporting on physical and financial progress.

• Identify delays, risks, procurement bottlenecks, and cost overruns early with recommended actions.

• Support tendering, estimation, and cost benchmarking.

• Coordinate with procurement, QS, engineering, and finance teams to align schedules and budgets.

• Review subcontractor proposals, schedule impacts, and cost data.

• Prepare dashboards, progress reports, and executive summaries for leadership.

• Lead and guide project‑level planning and control teams.

• 15–20 years of experience in project controls within the construction industry.

• Strong background in large‑scale residential projects (villa compounds or high‑rise).

• Deep expertise in planning, scheduling (Primavera P6), cost control, and forecasting.

• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, delay analysis, and risk management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or equivalent; architectural background acceptable.

• UAE experience strongly preferred (KSA also acceptable).

• Proficient in ERP/project control systems and advanced reporting tools.

• Professional certifications such as PMP or CCP are an advantage, not mandatory.

• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
