Site Engineer

The Site Engineer plays a key role in the execution of building and villa compound projects in Abu Dhabi. Working closely with the project team, the role focuses on day-to-day site supervision, coordination, and quality control, ensuring construction activities are carried out in line with approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and safety standards. 

• Supervise daily site activities to ensure works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications 

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth and efficient execution 

• Monitor construction progress and report daily site activities to the Project Engineer / Project Manager 

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE requirements, and local authority regulations 

• Support short-term planning, sequencing, and look-ahead schedules 

• Identify and report technical issues or deviations on site and assist in their resolution 

• Assist with inspections, snagging, and handover activities 

• Maintain accurate site records, daily logs, and reports

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline 

• 5–8 years of experience in construction projects within the buildings sector and villa compounds 

• Proven UAE project experience; Abu Dhabi exposure preferred 

• Experience in buildings projects and villa compounds is required 

• Abu Dhabi Municipality certification is an advantage
