Role Description The Storekeeper role is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi. The Storekeeper will be responsible for receiving, unloading, and checking incoming materials and parts, ensuring accurate documentation and safe handling. This role includes organizing and storing items, managing inventory records, conducting regular stock checks, and preparing items for dispatch or internal use through proper packing and labelling. The Storekeeper will operate material-handling equipment as required, follow safety and housekeeping standards in the storage areas, and coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure timely availability of stock. The position requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced automotive rental and leasing environment.

1. Customer service

2. Job cards and vehicle movement management 

3. Estimates, Quotation & invoices preparation

4. Inventory control

5. Workshop coordination 

6. Inventory periodical reporting to Accounts department 

7. Garage petty cash bills and purchase order arrangements

Bachelor's degree with UAE driving license is preferred.
