Your Impact Your work will serve as a vital strategic liaison and coordinator between McKinsey & Company and various Saudi Arabian government organizations and regulatory authorities.
The primary objective is to act as a key interface between the firm and these entities, particularly during high-stakes situations that require direct intervention with Saudi authorities to ensure favorable and compliant outcomes. Your work demands a proactive approach to addressing the needs of the firm and its employees regarding government-related services. Operating under tight deadlines and adapting to rapid regulatory updates, you must deliver highly reliable, quick, and efficient administrative support. This includes managing crucial processes related to employment permits, entry visas, business licenses, and other specialized tasks under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD), local consulates, and immigration offices.
Your work entails proactively monitoring, renewing, and maintaining firm-sponsored residence and work permits (Iqamas), as well as multiple exit and re-entry visas for expatriate employees and their families. Additionally, your work involves coordinating and closely following up on visa cancellations for departing sponsored employees and their dependents. It also requires overseeing all General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) compliance tasks, ensuring the timely registration and deregistration of team members.
For business facilitation and compliance, responsibilities include administering municipal and corporate business licenses and tax remittances by interfacing with entities like the Ministry of Municipality and the MHRSD. You will track Saudization trends and Nitaqat ratios, manage available block visas, and deliver critical compliance insights and recommended actions to leadership. This includes remapping job titles and official professions for both Saudi nationals and expatriate staff to align strictly with current Nitaqat requirements. Furthermore, you will coordinate with the Chamber of Commerce to secure attested invitation letters and commercial registrations for business visas.
