Oracle PCMCS Consultant (Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service)

Location : Riyadh, KSA

Experience : 5+ Years

Job Requirements:

  • Design, develop, and implement Oracle PCMCS (Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service) solutions to support cost allocation and profitability analysis.
  • Configure and manage allocation rules, rule sets, and calculation logic within PCMCS.
  • Develop and maintain business rules, driver-based allocations, and multi-stage cost allocations.
  • Work with finance and business users to gather requirements and translate them into PCMCS models and calculations.
  • Perform data integration and data loading using Data Management / FDMEE or other integration tools.
  • Build and maintain profitability models, hierarchies, dimensions, and metadata.
  • Create and manage reports, dashboards, and analysis views using PCMCS and Smart View.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure efficient execution of allocation processes.
  • Support monthly/quarterly financial close processes with accurate cost allocations and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to calculations, data loads, and system performance.
  • Conduct unit testing, SIT, UAT, and assist with deployments across environments.
  • Maintain technical and functional documentation for models and processes.Ensure compliance with financial standards, governance, and audit requirements.

Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle PCMCS (EPM Cloud).
  • Solid understanding of cost allocation methodologies and profitability analysis.
  • Experience in configuring allocation rules, driver-based costing, and multi-dimensional models.
  • Knowledge of financial processes such as GL, cost accounting, and profitability reporting.
  • Experience with Data Management (FDMEE) / Data integration tools.
  • Good understanding of EPM dimensions, hierarchies, and metadata management.
  • Familiarity with Smart View, reporting, and data analysis tools.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and data handling concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills to collaborate with business and IT teams.
