Job description

YOUR MISSION & CHALLENGE

  • Support the technical sales process throughout the entire customer journey, from initial engagement to deal closure

  • Prepare and deliver both standard and customized product demonstrations for customers and partners

  • Conduct discovery sessions and technical needs assessments to understand customer requirements

  • Partner with the Account Executive team by providing technical expertise during RFPs, evaluations, and pilot projects

  • Present robotics solutions confidently and effectively throughout the pre-sales process

  • Maintain and continuously improve demo environments, proof-of-concept setups, and pre-sales knowledge resources

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact during the sales cycle

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering teams

  • Support the development of customer-centric solution concepts and technical recommendations

  • Play a key role in helping establish NEURA Robotics as a leading global robotics company

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 4+ years of experience in Technical Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a related customer-facing technical role

  • Experience working with robotics, software platforms, SDKs, APIs, AI-powered products, or comparable technical environments

  • Hands-on experience supporting technical pilot projects and customer integrations

  • Proven ability to design and deliver compelling product, technical, and solution presentations to executive-level stakeholders

  • Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to solve technical challenges in customer-facing environments

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
