Job description

From our Almere warehouse, we ensure customer orders are picked, packed and shipped accurately and on time. We are a practical, close-knit team where reliability, teamwork and attention to detail matter.

We are looking for a full-time Inbound Warehouse Specialist to join our warehouse team in Almere.

  • Maintain accurate bin locations to support efficient order picking.

Inventory Accuracy & Discrepancy Management

  • Identify shortages, overages, damaged goods, or other discrepancies during receiving.

  • Move unreconciled items to the designated Stock Discrepancy location rather than making inventory adjustments.

  • Work with the Warehouse Manager, Procurement, and Finance to investigate and resolve discrepancies and supplier claims.

Customer Returns

  • Receive and inspect customer returns.

  • Book returned goods into NetSuite.

  • Work with the team to determine whether products should be returned to stock or set aside.

  • Contribute to an efficient, organised warehouse environment.

Requirements

  • Good written and spoken English.

  • Reliable, organised, and able to take ownership of your work.

Preferred

  • Experience using an ERP or warehouse management system, ideally NetSuite.

  • Experience working with lot-controlled, batch-controlled, or expiry-tracked inventory.
