Job description
Location: Riyadh, KSA. Years of Experience: 8-10+ years of relevant experience. Working Arrangement: on-site. Language Requirements: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
This role is focused on owning enterprise value realization, ROI validation, and post-implementation benefit assurance. Reporting to the CSVO.
Key Requirements:
8–10+ years in OKRs / performance alignment

Key Responsibilities:
Lead enterprise value realization framework.
Approve value cases (pre-CSVO).
Analyze ROI and EBITDA impact.
Validate benefits with Finance.
Monitor post-implementation value.
Escalate value leakage.
Ensure initiatives deliver promised value.
Prevent value erosion.
