AI Tester`

Mandatory Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in QA/testing
• Airline domain experience is mandatory
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and Generative AI systems
• Experience in manual and automation testing

Key Responsibilities:

• Test AI/ML applications, chatbots, recommendation systems, and automation tools
• Validate AI model outputs for accuracy, consistency, relevance, and reliability
• Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and UAT testing
• Conduct prompt testing and response validation for Generative AI applications
• Identify AI hallucinations, bias, ethical risks, and edge-case failures
• Prepare test cases, test plans, bug reports, and QA documentation
• Work with data scientists, developers, and product teams to improve model quality
• Verify training datasets for quality, completeness, and correctness
• Monitor AI system performance after deployment and report anomalies
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA processes
• Understanding of AI/ML and data-driven systems
• Experience with manual and automated testing
• API testing experience using Postman or Swagger
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, JIRA, or TestRail
• Basic knowledge of Python or scripting languages
• Experience in chatbot or LLM response validation is an advantage
• Understanding of data validation and model evaluation metrics

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
